Analysis, part 17i - Left Thigh Pocket Summary

In summary, the ENT jumpsuit left thigh pocket was an expanding pocket, like the right thigh pocket, with its front/centermost edge aligned with those of the chest pocket and waist straps.

The left thigh pocket was taller than the right thigh pocket, usually extending about 1 ½" to 2 ½" lower.

The pocket was fastened to the jumpsuit via edge stitching around its perimeter, with the centermost edge of the pocket folded in on itself to form the expanding pocket. The uppermost 1-2" were edge stitched again to secure it.

A row of topstitching ¼" from the upper and lower edges of the pocket embellished and further secured it to the jumpsuit body.

The pocket had two zippers: one at the front of the pocket, and one at the back.

The zippers usually extended upward to about ½" beneath the top of the pocket.

The front pocket zipper was either ½" or ¾" away from the front/centermost edge of the pocket, and the bottom of this zipper was, in our opinion, ideally even with the bottom of the right thigh pocket.

The back pocket zipper was usually about ½" from the back edge of the pocket on the male jumpsuits, and wherever suited the costumer's fancy on the ladies' jumpsuits.

The left thigh pocket's back zipper was probably the same height as the right thigh pocket's zipper.

The perimeters of the zippers themselves were edge stitched.

This pocket was usable, too! Huzzah.
