The ladies' left chest pocket zipper placement varied even more, overall, than the men's did!
We observed one that extended all the way to the ¼" topstitch:

A handful appeared to be consistent with the overall male "standard" (and we use that term loosely) of extending to ½" below the upper edge of the pocket.

Some female ENT jumpsuits' left chest pocket zippers extended slightly more than the ½" so-called "standard" - perhaps ⅝" or so:

Others' zippers appeared to extend to about ¾" from the upper edge of the pocket (a la Lieutenant Reed):

A few uniforms' zippers appeared to extend about 1" to 1 ¼" from the upper edge of the pocket:

Hoshi's left chest pocket zipper appeared to extend about 1 ¼" to 1 ½" from the upper edge of the pocket!

Like Reed's, Hoshi's left chest pocket zippers seem to have been consistently positioned (vertically) throughout the show.

Alternate Future Captain T'Pol's left chest pocket zipper was vertically positioned like Hoshi's:

You can probably already tell that the left chest pocket zipper placement varied wildly, and we've only examined its vertical placement!
