As with the
sleeve cuffs, the front of the leg cuff overlapped the back by about 2" at the sides of the pant legs and closed via hook-and-loop tape ("Velcro").

Sometimes, it looks like the leg cuff may have overlapped by up to 3":

That was the largest overlap we ever saw, and it was only the one time, so we're comfortable dismissing it as an outlier, experiment, error, etc. and maintaining the 2"-ish standard (consistent with
the sleeve cuff overlap).
The leg cuff overlap fastened closed via a short strip of hook-and-loop tape ("Velcro"),
just as the sleeve cuffs did. The strips of hook-and-loop tape ("Velcro") again appeared to either be ¾" or 1" wide by about 1 ½" and were vertically centered between the two leg cuff overlapping layers, where they were simply edge stitched/topstitched into place along the perimeters.

Lastly, unlike nearly all of the other modern-era Star Trek uniforms, the ENT jumpsuit did not have elastic "stirrups" to keep the pant legs looking nice and crisp (although Archer's formal uniform at the end of the final episode, "These Are the Voyages," did - go figure).

Perhaps it was determined that the ENT jumpsuit didn't need this particular feature, or perhaps the elastic stirrups were omitted to "keep it real," unlike the other modern-era shows, which were intended to have a more future-esque quality.
