Overall, the show was remarkably good about keeping the zippers consistently closed during shooting.
However, every now and then, somebody (or a number of people) would forget to zip everything closed before the next take began.
(Note that Archer's right sleeve pocket zipper was unzipped in the first screencap below, and Hoshi's lower sleeve zipper/gusset was unzipped in the second/lower one.)
