The ENT jumpsuit's pant legs were hemmed prior to the leg cuffs being attached,
just as the sleeves were - by simply folding the hem allowance upward and sewing it into place along all layers (including the calf pockets!).

Again, we'll reiterate that the hem allowance stitch was sewn through the calf pockets as well:

Aaand, of course, the actual leg hem allowance varied a bit from wearer to wearer.
Archer's hem allowance, for instance, appeared to be about 1":
