Hem the pant legs as done previously with the sleeves.
Note that when topstitching the hem into place from the wrong side, you will also be stitching over the lower end of the calf pocket!
Install the leg zipper and leg gusset (piece U) exactly as done previously with the sleeves.
Prepare, attach, topstitch, edge-stitch, and attach hook-and-loop tape to the leg cuff (piece V) exactly as done previously with the sleeve cuffs.
